Michael and Dick head to New Orleans to try to entice someone into putting Vermont Today in syndication. They are at a kind of expo where people come and go. Finally, a beautiful (and I mean beautiful) woman decides to take the show at a huge profit. But one of the conditions is that Michael sleep with her. Of course, Stephanie is back home but it is a lot of money. Part of the humor is that Michael and Dick are sharing a hotel room. Dick drops the big guilt trip on the shallow producer and Michael doesn't know what to do. In a secondary plot, fire has done in the kitchen at the minuteman, so Larry asks if the kitchen and dining room at the Stratford can be used to feed the boys' clientele. Funny stuff.

An OK episode, not one of the best but amusing. A sexy female executive offers Michael a lucrative deal if he spends the night with her. This was about as "racy" as this show ever got, but Peter Scolari has some funny moments. A good subplot has Larry and the Darryls sharing the Stratford kitchen when a fire destroys theirs.
