When Agent Gibbs and McGee find the dead dockworker, his arms are above his head. When the camera switches angles, his arms are now at his sides.
McGee explains to Gibbs that while Ziva and Tony's cell signal isn't getting out, is shouldn't affect the phone's GPS chips. While this is technically correct, McGee should know that the phone's GPS only receives. The phone's position is transmitted back over the same signal as the regular cell phone uses.
Tony tells Ziva that real US currency bills (versus counterfeit) burn orange, which is not true. Real bills burn yellow.
When Tony is explaining to Ziva how to tell the difference between real and counterfeit money, he says "if it burns orange, it's real," and the bill he burns does not burn orange. Later on, Tony threatens to burn the money if the shooters don't cease fire and the bill packs he burns do burn orange.
