Mr. Sheffield's bathroom is in the hall, where he is walked-in on showering, but he has a master suite---meaning with a bathroom---inside his bedroom where the nanny couldn't have had access to. To make matters even more strange, he apparently shares it with the children, in his mansion.
Maxwell tells Fran that Maggie is only 14 to which Fran replies that she's going to be 15. In the previous episode, Fran told the photographer that Maggie was 15.
When one of the auditioning blondes asks Brighton what he wants to be when he grows up, he looks at her body-skimming outfit and replies "a halter top". But the woman wasn't wearing one, she was wearing a leotard. Two completely different articles of clothing.
Brighton breaks the fourth wall as Benjamin Salisbury sheepishly glances at the camera---seemingly with embarrassment---after Fran pulls the curtain to find him and her cousin's daughter kissing in the shower.
