A real sitcom cliffhanger.

Warning: Spoilers
Harry Van Gorkum is completely charming as Maxwell's younger brother Nigel whom he visits in Paris to talk out of opening a nightclub per his mother's request. Somehow Fran ends up on the flight (due to a mixup with Chester and Maxwell's suitcase) and they are forced to share a hotel room with as well as an afternoon of shopping. Then they end up in Nigel's club where special guest Eartha Kitt sings and purrs. This is the mark in the sitcom's history where it begins to really focus on a continuing story leading to the last half of the series that jumps the shark. Still, it's a good episode which features Grandma Yetta babysitting Gracie and some nice snark between Niles and C.C. The show's director Dorothy Lyman gets an unbilled cameo as the frantic flight attendant on the return flight. Note too about the pretty "I adore Paree" song that plays as a montage over Maxwell and Fran exploring the city of lights.
