Fancy and Sipowicz go toe to toe in the locker room after racial tensions finally come to a head. That Szymansky guy shoots a black undercover cop and Fancy assumes it is racially motivated. Sorenson observes everything and tries to be the voice of reason. But Andy has words of advice for him. Meanwhile, Dolores gets caught shoplifting. Russell and Kirkendahl step in to save her butt. It's not that simple, however.
