During the angiogram the doctor asks to look at the circumflex and then the LED. These are coronary arteries and LED should be LAD (left anterior descending), however, the fluoroscope image clearly shows that the catheter is well below the heart. Also, dye would have to be used to visualize the coronary arteries.
