Hill Street Blues veteran, Charles Haid, plays a millionaire with an appetite for mistresses. One day it appears that one of them is trying to extort him and she is killed. He is a drunk and can't remember anything about that day. He is a friend of Kelley's. Fancy is told by his wife she is going to have a baby which throws him into a whirl. Finally, Sipowicz goes with Sylvia to a birthday party for her father. After the party (which seemed to go well) he gets drunk and abusive to Sylvia, making fun of her Greek family.
