  • Janet interrupts Michael's video game so they can spend quality time. After a romantic dinner, Michael returns to his game and Jay takes it as a sign that he doesn't love her anymore. Synopsis

  • Michael is in the middle of a new video game when Jay tells him she feels unwanted, so he immediately takes her out to a romantic dinner. When they get home later he tries to play the game again and is confused when Jay questions him on it. The next morning Jay tells him she's booked a counseling appointment with Dr Bouche as she feels he doesn't love her, however Michael refuses to go: partially because he doesn't understand why she feels that way but mostly because she knows Dr Bouche always takes her side of any argument and that's why she always uses him instead of any other therapist.

To prove his point, Michael finds a new relationship therapist, Dr Cooper Madison and they discuss the events of the previous evening. However once Michael starts talking about the game he was playing, Dr Madison reveals she plays too, and Jay becomes irritated when she takes Michael's side that there was no real justification for her actions as he took her out to dinner. Demanding a third opinion to see who's right, Jay takes them to see Dr Thomas who to he4 chagrin is even more into the game than the others. Dr Thomas eventually decides that Jay is lashing out at Michael because he has a hobby and she doesn't (which she denies claiming she enjoys reading), so advises that for the next evening, Jay and Michael should leave each other alone to spend time doing their hobbies. That evening Michael plays a video game whilst Jay reads a book, but after a few minutes they give up and start kissing instead.
