When Martin tells Tim of the supermicrodistillatingliquidchemicosis, Tim makes up a Mary Poppin's type rhyme of the name. Next scene Tim is carry the dog which he was not carry before when he was practicing the rhyme. Tim's left elbow was away from his body and Tim used his right hand in counting the beats of the rhyme so he couldn't be carry the dog in that scene.
