Any episode that has an Andy Rooney imitation is fine by me.

Warning: Spoilers
And any episode that has a secretary tap dancing to go get pencils is also a great way to start the third season. Jim's imitation of Andy Rooney is dead on, giving Charles Kimbrough some great material. And with Corky Sherwood Forrest returning from her honeymoon, there will be a lot of catching up to do. But the FYI staff is not pleased when Miles hires a focus group to help them improve the show, and as we've seen in TV history, focus groups do nothing but ruin already established shows. Miles then decides to create an image consultant (Harry Shearer) obviously that is going to make the staff members look absolutely absurd. When Shearer comes on, you know it's going to be an absolute disaster, and it is both brilliant and brave that the writers decided to attack these efforts just to hike the ratings up a little bit. To watch Murphy in her own inevitable way explain that they are newscasters, not pillow fluffers, and especially ridicule the new set. You know someone's gonna get hurt, especially after the airing of the new FYI opening credits.
