David mentions a person named McGillicuddy. The recurring character McGillicuddy first appears in the third season.
In the chase scene near the end of the episode. It's clearly shown that a maintenance worker is shampooing a carpeted floor in the Hotel lobby, but the worker is using a floor buffer and not a carpet cleaner, it's shown that he's producing a ton of soapy bubbles that the characters slip and fall upon. Carpets when cleaning wouldn't produce a ton of soap nor would they be that wet to cause people to slip and fall, then go sliding.
The little girl hands tickets to David as he enters the mission, but he never pays for them, he just takes them and walks in. In addition, he has nothing in either hand in the next shot, the tickets just vanish.
