In the car chase, after Willy pulls the gun on De Groot, the shot from behind de Groot looking over his shoulder at Phelps shows the barrel hard up against his suit, below the shoulder blades. The very next shot, Phelps reply to de Groot, from the front shows Willy holding the gun and the barrel is level with de Groots ear.
When Phelps' character complains to Jara that there is only 1,000£ in the envelope, the close up is a shot of the envelope with 3,000£ from part I.
REPLY: Jim is lying. He needs an excuse to chase after De Groot and rendezvous with Cinnamon and Willie, and since Jara can't see how much money in the envelope, Jim claims that De Groot has shortchanged him. Jara, predictably, tells him to take it up with De Groot, allowing Jim to go after De Groot without making Jara suspicious.
