Greg Morris in Mission: Impossible (1966)

Goofs

The Controllers: Part 1

Mission: Impossible

Edit

Continuity

In the close-up of Willy with the gun to his head, the gun is not touching his temple. In a longer shot it is.

Factual errors

The computer memory cards are merely electronic cards with resistors and a few electronic tubes on them. Such cards would not be able to hold any memory at all on them, let alone the complex instructions the computer was computing.

Update: To be fair, the majority of the audience when the show originally aired would not be able to tell what was, or was not, a valid computer memory board.

Revealing mistakes

When Phelps and Meredyth enter the research institute from their car, the door being held open for them clearly says BOOK STORE on the glass, facing away from camera. This is because the exteriors were shot at a college campus (Rio Hondo College).
As the transport van was driving around several "8 MPH" signs were seen along with a "Stage 32" sign. Foreign countries use the metric system and signage wouldn't be in English. Obviously the Paramount back lot.
