Mission: Impossible

Edit

Continuity

At approx 37 minutes, during the second shot of Jim going up the conveyor belt, the towel packages he hides behind suddenly disappear.

Factual errors

The device the doctor was turning a dial on while brainwashing Barney is a Radio Shack Micronta signal tracer for radio/TV servicing, not a piece of medical equipment.

Revealing mistakes

At approx 31 minutes, the service trucks all say "Superior Linen Supply," while the painted building sign and picture of the truck on the sign say "Home of American Supply Co."
Obvious stunt double jumps through the window.
A glaring oversight occurred that went undetected by the director, camera operator and script supervisor. Burke's lab is sheltered in a laundry facility named "Superior Linen Supply". As one of its trucks steers into the driveway, a large billboard is visible above the truck displaying the company's actual name of "American Linen Supply." The company was formed in 1889 and is still in business today as Alsco.

Crew or equipment visible

When Barney is being taken into the factory, the boom can be seen in the upper left portion of the frame.
When Jim cuts himself out of the laundry bag and drops to the ground inside the laundry facility, a crew member's head is briefly visible above the counter on the left of the screen.
The holes drilled under the take-up reel for the smoke effect are visible when the tape self-destructs.
