When Cinnamon is knocked off her bicycle, she lands with her headscarf still on. In the next shot, where she is lying "stunned" on the ground, it has fallen loose next to her head. And then it is perfectly tied around her hair when Brocke helps her up.
Kellerman is shooting a gun in a narrow indoor shooting range with a pronounced echo but having a normal conversation with Brock. Since neither of them are wearing ear protection they should both be experiencing temporary hearing loss from the noise.
Although the episode is set in a Soviet bloc country, the opening establishing shot is clearly Switzerland, with a Swiss flag flying on one of the buildings.
