During the tarot reading scene, Gadsen shuffles the cards. Gadsen has a ring on his left hand which is not shown during the close up of his hands.
The "tarot cards" are a deck of Italian playing cards, except for the Card of Death they are not a real Tarot deck.
After Willie haphazardly hammers out a hole in Thor Coffin's wine cellar, he covers it with a simulated brick facade that exactly matches the shape of the hole.
He did not "haphazardly" hammer out a hole. He hammered out a certain number of bricks. Bricks used for construction come in standard sizes. The team knew in advance how many bricks Willy would have to knock out, and could easily construct a cover to replace the bricks that were knocked out.

At around the 30-minute mark, Phelps and crew kidnap the fake Emil Gadsen and escape in a green van. Phelps and Gadsen are in the back of the van while the van is traveling down the street. The camera shot is of the inside of the back of the van. The camera zooms back too far and shows the hinges and open rear door. It quickly zooms back in so only the inside of the van is in the frame.
When Gadsen shuffled the deck of Tarot cards and gives it back to Barney, the camera clearly shows a ring on the left hand of Gadsen that was not there during the shuffle.
During the Tarot reading, Barney implies that the Death card literally means death, but in Tarot symbology it actually signifies change or transition, of which literal death is only one type.
