It's Kimberly's mirror, so why is it blue with a gold Triceratops which is the Blue Ranger's dinosaur spirit?

Just after Primator, disguised as the Red Ranger, had fought Jason and knocked him back towards the other Rangers, Primator warns them to get away and "that's the bogus Red Ranger!" But in the very next shot, Kimberly the Pink Ranger is shown lying injured on the ground instead of Jason, before Primator blasts them.

Kimberly produces a mirror with which to trick the Primator and takes it with her when they leave the Command Center; it's the Blue Ranger that hands the mirror to the Primator. When would she have given him the mirror when she was nowhere to be found when the Primator accepts it?

Tommy is taller than Zack. So why is the Black Ranger much taller than the Green Ranger?

The Primator/Yellow Ranger is visibly shorter than the "real" Yellow Ranger in the long shots, and yet they're supposed to be physically identical in every way.

Billy is taller than Kimberly; the Pink Ranger is slightly taller than the Blue Ranger.

Trini is taller than Kimberly, but the Pink and Yellow rangers are the same height.

After Zordon disappears, Jason instructs Alpha 5 and the other Rangers to keep in contact yet the next time the boys are seen, they are at Billy's lab conducting an experiment in which their ears are covered.
