The style of the tail lights on the white Lamborghini Countach change repeatedly while being chased by Crockett.
In the scene of the car chase two different Lamborghinis are used.
When the maid comes out to the pool to tell Arroyo that his father wants to see him inside, Arroyo slips on his robe without tying the belt around his waist. When the shot picks up inside, the robe is tied with a belt.
When Gina and Sonny are walking up to Gina's apartment (just as Arroyo is leaving), Gina is carrying some dry cleaning. The article at the top of the pile is clearly a blue item of clothing, either a shirt or dress. As the two enter the apartment, the article on the top of the pile is now a white item of clothing.
When Zito is picking up Odette's dress for evidence, he is using a plastic bag and no gloves. Even back in the 1980's, evidence was handled with gloves and placed in paper bags to best preserve the evidence in its original condition.
As Crockett chases 'Nico' Arroyo's Lamborghini through the last intersection, the people walking along the crossroad instantly appear in new positions relative to the camera. This suggests that the cars in the chase were actually further apart during filming and edited to make them appear closer as they crossed the intersection.
After Odette kills herself, her body is wheeled out to an ambulance. Gina stops the paramedics to get one last look at her friend. When Gina exposes Odette's face from under the tarp, the deceased woman's eye lids move.
