I love this show and didn't even know about it till fairly recently. I was only 3 and 4 during the years it originally aired. The stories can be either good and not so good. The astronauts in a lot of the episodes don't act very professional at times and can be somewhat criminal more than I think NASA would be happy with. The science is outdated, but it is still fun to watch. I get to see it at 1:30AM on Mondays. This episode has to be the worst (so far, please let it be the worst). People occasionally die on this show and I guess this episode was meant to show the lighter side. A woman of today watching this would probably throw a brick at the screen. I am quite conservative and found it hard to watch. The female scientist/astronaut becomes romantically involved with an officer/astronaut while on a mission. He is the doctor for the mission and had examined her before the mission as if he never had seen a woman before. One of the sillier scenes is when the doctor signals for a female nurse to leave the room during his examination of his future wife, yes you heard right, they get married. I feel like the kid who hated seeing the mushy stuff in his cowboy shows.
