A woman who is using a dating service is killed. Cliff's friend who was obsessed with her is accused and Ben becomes his lawyer. Jerri goes undercover as a client at the dating service.
The highlight for me with this episode is seeing Ben going on his dates set up by the dating service. He went on two dates and they were both so funny. The two women didn't work out for Ben. One kept snorting when she laughed which turned Ben off. The other was all over him in the restaurant. Apparently, he had to hide from her in the bathroom until she went home. I mean Ben's expressions and body language...I laughed so hard. Lol. He's so funny!
Did you kind of figure out who the killer was early on? I did because it was too obvious that it seemed like it was Tom Mcguire.
Loved seeing Jerri take down the real killer!
The stuff with the lamp was amusing, especially at the end. I love that they always include these ordinary, seemingly mundane things in the show, which usually ends up being funny.
Isn't it funny that nowadays there's online dating which pretty much took the place and/or evolved from dating services? A lot of people use them apparently.
Anyway another enjoyable one. 8/10.
