After the fire at Nemo's, Joe is standing on the sidewalk talking to Art Malcolm. Clearly visible behind him is a storefront for "Kelly's Liquors." Joe says he has to go to "Los Angeles Street" to check out a lead. When he gets out of the car, he is about three doors down from that same Kelly's Liquors he was at with Art Malcolm.
When Victoria Page is telling Joe Mannix about the car crash in which her husband died, the story switches to a flashback, and the first shot of the car speeding down the road has a mile marker with a large "13" visible in the foreground. Then they drive for quite some distance down the road, and just before the car skids off the road, the same "13" mile marker is visible once again.
Peggy tells Mannix that the police found his card on Max Nemo's body and that Max died in a fire at his place, which was full of old celluloid film. It doesn't make sense that a paper card would have survived this type of fire.
