Mike Connors in Mannix (1967)

Goofs

Huntdown

Mannix

Edit

Continuity

Mannix drops the fuel pump nozzle in the back of the jeep before getting into the vehicle. When he drives away, the nozzle and hose are no longer there.

Factual errors

When Mannix is stripping the insulation off the electrical wires in the jail cell using a metal spoon, he is not affected by the live wire when he obviously had to touch it. He should have been shocked when using a metal spoon on a live electrical wire.

Revealing mistakes

Obvious follow spot when Mannix is using the blowtorch as a light.

Miscellaneous

The prescription bottle containing the sedative being given to Mannix had no drug name or patient name on it, only the doctor's name, the dosage instructions and the name Rexall could be faintly seen. Prescriptions of this type would always have all this information on the bottle.

Character error

When Mr. Mannix gets up after taking the water that he had switched for the sedative, he has a lit cigarette in his hand. If he was trying to fake being sedated, why would he risk blowing his cover for a cigarette?
