Concerned about Marie's safety, Joe Mannix goes to pick her up in her hotel room to drive her back to Los Angeles. He parks near a small bridge over a stream that separates the spot where he parked from her room, and the building he approaches is a one-story blue building with a red door, surrounded by a blue deck. But when they're shown exiting the building, it's a two-story brown and white chalet surrounded by a brown wooden deck. Furthermore, when they reach the area where his car is parked, both the stream and the bridge have disappeared, and a different building is behind the car.
The car chasing Mannix and Marie was a black Dodge with side by side headlamps, but when the car was going over the cliff it was a light blue Ford with vertically stacked headlamps.
When Joe and Marie are being pursued down the mountain by two men, one of them shoots at Joe's car with a rifle. In a closeup, one of the bullets leaves a long scratch in the paint on the panel in front of the left rear tire. But when Joe and Marie exit the car, there is only a neat round bullet hole directly against the tire well; the scratch has disappeared.
As the car (which changed from a black Dodge to a blue Ford) was going down the embankment, it changed to a black Ford when the first flames hit and when it came to rest.
During the car chase scene, Mannix reaches in his glove box for his weapon. He proceeds to then push on the accelerator and you see brown hiking boots with blue pants tucked in the boots. After the car goes over the mountain, Mannix then gets out of the car to run and see the car...only his pants are tan and he's wearing black shoes.
During the opening sequences when Joe Mannix is shown skiing, the reflection of the cameraman who is filming him for the closeup shots is visible in one of the lenses of his sunglasses.
The car explodes into flames shortly after it leaves the road. It hadn't hit anything and there was no damage, it just exploded and burst into flames.
