At the end when Solo is holding the briefcase over his head, during the view from behind him his arm is fully extended; from the front his arm is only halfway up.
Simpson places an infra-red stamp of a bird on Solo's back to be used as a target for a sniper. Solo finds out about the scheme and props the jacket up to find out for sure. The sniper shoots a hole through the target in the middle of the back of the jacket, The problem is that Simpson slapped the stamp up on Solo's shoulder.
Early in show the man at airport has an antique ring on his left hand, but then in a closeup the ring has been moved to his right hand.
While Solo and Simpson are being questioned by Police Inspector Darwa, Simpson's arm goes from resting on the bedpost to being by his side, then back on post, then back by his side. Also, Simpson suddenly goes out of focus for a moment while he's talking to Solo.
A short two shot sequence is shown of an F-4B Phantom II jet flying and then landing in India. It is not explained why the jet is shown, but we can infer that Solo was riding in the aircraft to India. The flight is a 20+ hour flight from New York (where Solo is based) and even longer if flying in the VMFA-513 F-4B shown out of El Toro, CA. The flight would require multiple air refueling and would not have been the quickest or least tiring way to get Solo to India.
When Inspector Darwa is first talking to Solo at the area containing the remnants of the air crash a line is dubbed ("A colleague of your's arrived a short while ago.") in that is obviously not continuous with the preceding words he said. It is said in a more rushed and angry manner than the sentence immediately proceeding it.
When Tom Simpson enters Solo's room as Solo is fighting, he utters "Hey! Mr. Solo" which does not match what his lips are saying.
