Alan Alda, Larry Linville, Wayne Rogers, and Jeanne Schulherr in M*A*S*H (1972)

Goofs

There Is Nothing Like a Nurse

M*A*S*H

Edit

Continuity

Just as the truck with the nurses begins to drive away, the extras driving a jeep, riding a bicycle, and walking suddenly began to move on cue.
A voice over states helicopters are arriving on the upper and lower pads but there's only ever been one landing area,

Factual errors

Even though it's done for comic relief, Major Houlihan's disrespect towards Colonel Blake and her circumvention of chain of command would certainly put her in a position to face a general court martial,, or at the very least officially reprimanded.
As seen in this and other episodes, there is a red plaque in the officers club that says 4077th medical company air ambulance with a Bell UH-1 Iroquois (Huey) helicopter on it. That model helicopter was not introduced until 1959 and not used for medevac until Vietnam in the 1960s.
Throughout the episode, Loretta Swit's fingernails can be seen to be over an inch long. No nurse, especially a head nurse, would have fingernails that long.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Before the doctors start watching Frank's wedding footage, Hawkeye and Trapper trap him in a foxhole under a jeep. At the end of the scene, he runs into the room, announcing an air raid. Only he doesn't mention being trapped under the jeep or getting out.

Even considering Frank's self-centered neurosis, an air raid certainly trumps being trapped under a jeep.

Miscellaneous

As the gang starts watching Frank's home movie, without any adjustments being made, the movie is centered on the screen and in focus.

Anachronisms

The pinball machine in the officers club is a Gottlieb Spot A Card. This machine was first manufactured in 1960, some 9 years after the time of this episode.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

When Margaret and Henry are talking, at one point Henry's mouth does not move for half of the sentence he speaks.
