When Klinger tries to escape from the 4077 on a hang glider, he secures himself into the control frame, but when he takes off a second later, he's hanging off of the frame's bottom bar.
Hang gliders are able to fly by shifting the pilots weight thereby changing the center of gravity.. If Klinger took off holding the control arm as depicted, the hang glider would effectively become a parachute and he would have fallen straight down since the necessary weight adjustments would be impossible.
Throughout the episode, Loretta Swit's fingernails can be seen to be over an inch long. No nurse, especially a head nurse, would have fingernails that long.

At 19:05, the close-up shot clearly shows Gen. Mitchell to be wearing the ribbon for the National Defense Service Medal (bottom row, right). The NDSM was established by President Eisenhower on April 22nd, 1953, just a few months before the end of the Korean War and long after this episode is set (no later than 1951, as the year is referenced several times within the season, and as Gen. Douglas MacArthur is still supreme commander the following season).
Hawkeye and Trapper could have easily brought charges against Burns for both interfering in a court martial, and for cruel and unusual punishment (stripping their clothes off and make them sit in the Swamp in their underwear), yet this idea never occurs to them.
Hawkeye and Trapper had not committed any crime when placed under arrest. They merely said they were going down to regimental headquarters. They could be restricted to base, but they couldn't legally be placed under arrest.
Frank says his parents came to the US in 1927. Since it is 1950 or 51, that would mean Frank could not be a US born citizen, as he claims to be.
