After Captain Sloan gets his money from the poker game he vanishes. He is never seen leaving the tent while Hawkeye and Trapper argue/trade quips in front of the door.
When Father Mulcahy is leaving the poker game, he says he's going to "curl up with the Good Book." But in the very next scene which is taking place practically simultaneously from the poker game Mulcahy is playing piano in the Officers' Club.
When the captain is trying to get Henry to sign so he can take hawkeye Henry rests his chin in his cupped hand,in an instant change he is resting his chin on his fist.
When the peddler, Quoc, tries to sell his 'real' pearl necklaces, he says that the oysters worked for a year to produce the set he had. To generate pearls of that size, oysters incubate them for several years at least. In addition, matched strands of pearls are rarely ever completed in one cycle, but may take as much as ten years to acquire enough pearls of the same color and size for a necklace.
When Radar is reading Hawkeye the rules of being paymaster he tells him that the personnel will be paid in military "script." The correct word is "scrip."
When Margaret is looking at the pearls in her tent, her fingernails are seen to be an over an inch long. No nurse, especially a head nurse, would have such long fingernails.
Capt, Sloan shows up at 3 AM to investigate the $3,000 paid out to Hawkeye and bring him back to headquarters. This makes no sense, because it would be extremely dangerous to drive unlighted roads near the front in the middle of the night, not to mention plain inconvenient. Capt. Sloan should have set out for the 4077th at first light.
A moment after Hawkeye gives Father Mulcahy the $3,010 in the Officers' Club, he and Nurse Baker "repair" to the Swamp. But very little time elapses before Capt. Sloan arrives at 3 AM to investigate the missing money. Yet Father Mulcahy, who enters the Swamp moments later, tells Capt. Sloan that he's already given the money to Sister Theresa's orphanage. This makes no sense both because Mulcahy wouldn't have traveled to the orphanage in the middle of the night to deliver the money and because he didn't have time to do so, considering that Hawkeye and Nurse Baker left the Officers' Club right after Mulcahy did yet were in the initial stages of their romantic tryst when Sloan and Mulcahy entered the Swamp.
