As Col. Potter finishes his toast to his fallen friends, a close-up of Charles and Klinger shows Charles holding his glass of brandy in the palm of his hand with his fingers pointing upward to hold it. In the following shot, Charles is holding his glass from the side with his fingers wrapped around it.
Potter claims he and his buddies sat out an artillery barrage in a French chateau, and looted brandy from its cellar.
There were no engagements from April 1918 onwards, when US troops were finally deployed on the Western Front, where anything like that could have happened.
Potter goes off on a rant about people having to eat horses, but in earlier episodes, he mentions having to eat horse meat during WWI and it didn't bother him at all.
When the bus carrying the kids pulls out the sound is hollow and echoes as it was filmed inside a studio,
When Col. Potter mentions that the brandy had been very smooth in 1917, Winchester remarks that "it should be magnificent now." Distilled spirits only age and mature when they are in the barrel. As long as they are stored properly and remain sealed, once bottled they do not change to any significant degree. Potter's bottle, assuming it remained sealed, would have been much the same in 1952 as it had been in 1917. As a wine and spirit connoisseur, Winchester would know this.
When the gang clinks glasses after Potter's toast, Charles misses all of the glasses and doesn't clink anyone.
The note that Colonel Potter gives to everyone tells them to be at his tent at 1700 hours, which is 7 PM. From the sound of the crickets as they all walk up to Potters tent, it's obviously the summer. Yet it's pitch black out as if it's midnight or later. The sun shouldn't even have set yet in Korea at 7pm in the middle of summer.
Boom mic visible at the 17:00 minute mark, from behind the ambulance bus.
Shadow of boom mic moving right to left in tent's upper right at 22:50.
In the mess prior to Potter's return, Halpern gets one of the children to eat some eggs.
The child makes a face before the food touches his lips.
Later, after Potter leaves, the same child is seen happily eating food.

When the photo of Potter in world war 1 is passed around Charles hands it to BJ who takes a quick glance and puts it down Hawkeye reaches with his left hand but BJ doesn't offer and the whole thing is awkward,
Usually when offered OD or being in charge Hawkeye would complain that he didn't want it but this time he is perfectly OK with it,
