Continuity

Hawkeye says Peggy Hunnicut's pie is awful. It is established in past installments that she is an excellent baker and Hawkeye loves her goods.
The impressions of Father Mulcahy center on his drunken use of the word "Jocularity". But this happened in "Margaret's Marriage" (Season 5, Episode #24) which takes place after this episode, though the fact it was shot earlier is the reason why the "Jocularity!" gag is occurring to them. Nonetheless in terms of broadcast sequence and story chronology the "Jocularity!" reference makes no sense in the story.
When Mulcahy comes back with the mail he puts his left hand behind him to push up off the seat of the jeep but in the next scene he has his left hand on the steering wheel.
As Margaret begins singing, Hawkeye turns toward Klinger and makes a remark. In the next cut, looking at the audience, he turns and makes the remark again.
When Radar is throwing out his leftover food, Frank stops him saying that he (Radar) has not finished his meat. Radar retorts that it is all fat. But in an earlier MASH, while eating a meal in the mess tent, Radar asks someone at the table if he was going to eat their fat. That person says no and Radar takes the fat and eats it.

Factual errors

When Margaret is singing, Loretta Swit's fingernails are seen to be over an inch long. No nurse, especially a head nurse, would have fingernails that long.

Miscellaneous

All the staff shout and complain at Klinger when they can't watch the film but it isn't actually his fault he didn't make the film break he is just operating the projector,

Anachronisms

When Radar is doing an impersonation of John Wayne he paraphrases a line from McLintock! (1963): "Well, it looks like you got some people around here pretty mad at'cha, son, but I'm not gonna hit'cha. I'm not gonna hit'cha. Like hell I'm not", which wasn't filmed until 10 years after the series timeline ended.
The film projector is of a type (lightweight, with a built-in speaker) that was not introduced until the 1960s.
The movie is being shown on a Singer 16mm projector which wasn't manufactured until years later. In reality, the Army would have issued a Bell & Howell JAN (Joint Army/Navy) 16mm projector with a three claw mechanism that was praised for being durable and able to run less than perfect prints.
While the camp is singing "The Tennessee Waltz," one of the extras seen over B.J.'s right shoulder is wearing 1970s eye glasses.

Audio/visual unsynchronised

At one point during the movie, the picture goes out. Hawkeye (Alan Alda) yells "Klinger!" just before this happens, rather than after.

Character error

When the camp sings the classic song "Gee Ma, I Wanna Go Home," Hawkeye and B.J. sing "The surgeons in the Army, they say we're mighty bright, we work on soldiers through the day, and nurses through the night." This is a bit out-of-character for BJ, as with a couple of rare exceptions, he is very faithful to his wife, Peg.
