Laying Concrete Is Hard!
Hitchcoc21 April 2015
The doctors are having a hard time because of a series of infections. It turns out that the wood floor has become an incubator for every manner of bug. The doctors would like a concrete floor put in, but they are rebuffed by the corps of engineers. Klinger gets the idea to do a do it yourself floor. He has had experience with concrete in a civilian job and volunteers to supervise the laying of the floor. Of course, nothing ever runs that smoothly and that's what this episode is about. That and an Italian soldier who develops a total fixation on Margaret because she helped him get over a Dear Giovanni letter. He becomes the ultimate pest and even goes AWOL to see her.

That's A*M*O*R*E

Warning: Spoilers
Here Joel Brooks (who isn't Italian I think) plays Corpsman Ignazio De Simone with a rather stereotypical Mario Bros accent which would make Tony Soprano fume. It's quite embarrassing, especially just a few years after The Godfather I and II. De Simone is smitten with Margaret big time.

Anyway, Alan Toy plays Cochran, and Mel Harris is The Driver.

Concrete!

As stated in the other review, a good episode when the doctors tackle making a concrete floor along with Klinger's help.

I found it very comical that the writers have our crew using concrete and cement synomonously.

They were making a concrete floor. Cement is the bonding ingredient (along with aggregate and water) when making conctete
