Continuity

When Frank is put in the post op bed Hawkeye puts Frank's left arm on top of the covers and pulls the covers up to Frank's head but in the next scene his right arm is visible and the blanket is nowhere near his head.
During the earlier surgery scene (when Father Mulcahy enters to warn of the low blood supplies) Nurse Kellye (Kellye Nakahara) is in surgical whites assisting. In the next scene, Father Mulcahy is supervising the blood donation session in the mess tent, and Nurse Kellye is attending to donors. In the next scene she is back in the OR in surgical whites.
In the O.R. scene before the shelling starts Trapper is shown operating at two tables at once. The first table he is alone and the second he is working with Colonel Blake.
When Frank is in post op his bed is not near the wall but in the next scene his bed is right up against the wall.

Factual errors

In this and other episodes, Colonel Blake refers to being 20,000 miles from home. Since the earth is a little less than 25,000 miles in circumference, it is not possible to be more than 12,500 miles from anywhere else on the surface of the earth. The distance to Bloomington, Illinois is about 6,600 miles.

Revealing mistakes

At the end, when Klinger is shown sewing material, the fabric is not actually under the shoe of the sewing machine.

Miscellaneous

In his final scene, Klinger is working at his sewing machine, with curlers in his hair. The curlers are bare when they should have his hair wrapped around them.
