When the TV reported that skirmishes broke out along the border it showed missiles being launched and labeled it as file footage. But when it showed Superman blasting the missiles in the air that couldn't have been file footage because Clark took off to stop the missiles when he saw the report so that should have been live footage.
Randy Good kidnaps Lois the night before the press conference. When Clark/Superman and his parents arrive at the press conference none of them act as if anything is wrong. But with Clark and Lois married and his parents staying with them someone should have noticed that she never came home and already realized she was missing.
Samantha was with Mr Good when they kidnapped Lois as she was coming out of Hank's Photo Lab. So Samantha should have known in that moment that they discovered the fake photograph instead of finding out the next day at the press conference.
While Lois is playing charades with Superman she is able to touch both her nose and her ear with her finger so there is no reason why she couldn't have reached the tape over her mouth and loosened it enough to talk instead.
The note handed to Superman told him Lois was strapped to dynamite so he should have already known not to charge in to get Lois when he arrived at the hotel.
