Lois has a flashback to Lex Luthor's virtual reality simulation of flying around in a Superman suit from "The House of Luthor" - an event which Lois was not present at.
When Lois is dreaming of her real life in the prologue, she remembers Clark's wedding to the clone, an event at which she was not present.
