Just prior to driving the wagon down the hill, Charles tells Mr. Cooper to take it slow and use the brake a lot. As Charles is driving down the hill, James even says, "it sure is steep," but Charles is not seen using the brake at all.

Incorrectly regarded as goofs

Albert tried to convince the Cooper kids that the orphanage wouldn't be so bad, yet his own experience was so awful he ran away and lived on the streets in Winoka. However, later in the episode Albert tells Charles that he was just saying that to make them feel better, and explains how bad it really was in the orphanage he was in, which is why he ran away.

Revealing mistakes

When the Cooper's wagon starts rolling down the hill, it is obvious that the wagon is empty.

Miscellaneous

Mrs Cooper's fake hair bun is the wrong color for her hair.

Crew or equipment visible

When the Cooper's wagon rolls down the hill, there are modern tire tracks at the bottom in the grass.
As the train approaches Charles's wagon blocking the railway line, a large blue truck is clearly visible in a long shot, parked next to the railway.
