  Olivia Benson : He should rot in jail!

  Casey Novak : They'd have to try Ella as well. She committed the same crime.

  Olivia Benson : So get him on attempted murder. I know that he's involved in this.

  Casey Novak : He has a solid alibi. We can't make him legally culpable just because we want him to be.

  Olivia Benson : So Ella gets put away for attempted murder and he gets off scot-free?
