- A urophile, cyber-Peeping Tom catches a child abuse case on video.
- A young attorney is in a local coffee shop, ordering in a hurry then rushing to the bathroom. In the bathroom, she gets a call from a colleague and accidentally drops the phone in the toilet. Going in to retrieve her phone, she sees there is a spy camera mounted on the toilet, it has been recording patrons in the bathroom. The detectives narrow the search for the perp. by using the camera equipment and finding out where it was purchased. The camera tech leads them to a porn shoot and a dead end. Soon after, a witness comes in to the precinct and says the perp spilled coffee all over him in a rush to catch the cab he was exiting. The receipt from the cab ride leads them back to the camera tech.'s apartment, where her little brother is living with her and seems to be the culprit. He is guilty of voyeurism but says he recorded a much more heinous crime in the act, a sexual assault of a minor. Benson and Stabler begin the search for the pedophile.
