Factual errors

Matic is said to have served in the "Serbian Army" from 1989 to 1993. There was no such thing during this period. The Yugoslav People's Army dissolved in 1992. There were Bosnian Serb paramilitary units toward the end of this period, but Matic specifically said he served in the infantry.
Matic's military combat activity supposedly ran from 1989 to 1993. The Yugoslav Wars did not break out until 1991. The kind of unit he is depicted as belonging to did not exist before then.
Eames said at one point Melvin Colter's company filed with the court for temporary relief from creditors, also known as filing for bankruptcy. When she is looking up the creditors Colter's company owed money to her screen says that the company filed under chapter 11 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), which is incorrect. The UCC is an act that has the goal of harmonizing the laws of sales and other commercial transactions across the United States through UCC adoption by all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the Territories of the United States; it has nothing to do with bankruptcy and it is divided into ten articles, not chapters.

A company filing for bankruptcy would be doing so under chapter 11 of the 11th title of the United States Code, which is the code of laws pertaining to the federal government of the United States of America.
Lucas would have been charged with felony embezzlement, not grand larceny.
