During the trial an 'expert witness', Mr. Willmen, states that doctors have the right to assist their patients in dying in the UK. This in incorrect; it is permissible in the Netherlands however.
While holding a photograph of her son wearing his high-school football uniform, Bobby's mother says her son was "a halfback on the football team," yet Bobby's uniform number was 82. At the time Bobby was in high school (the 1980s or 1970s), the only players who wore numbers in the 80s were wide receivers and tight ends. Halfbacks usually wore a number from 20 to 49, or possibly from 1 to 19, but no running back would wear a number in the 80s; that would be considered embarrassing.
