When the Sheriff brings Breck Rankin's body back to the Rankin ranch, the sun is setting. As they arrive it is after dark. Then when the subsequent fight moves outdoors from the barn to near the snake pit it is daylight again.
When the general shoots and fatally wounds Breck, Breck falls backwards in slow motion, but no injury, blood, or holes in his clothes are visible.
In the opening credits where the middle-aged Caine is fighting Master Po using staffs, Caine jumps over Master Po's staff and leans back to defend a strike from behind; as he does this an electricity pylon is visible for several frames high above the actors on the horizon
Ed Rankin states he has 5 rattle snakes in his sack, but when he empties the sack into the pit, more than 5 snakes hit the ground.
