In two sequential shots, the speedometer area of K.I.T.T.'s dashboard is of two completely different designs, first with a straight L.E.D. bar-graph display, then next with a curved bar-graph.
Michael Knight punches out a martial arts expert which is impossible through my own personal experience michael knight wouldn't have stood a chance against someone with martial arts combat training especially someone holding a black belt.
In one shot of K.I.T.T.'s dashboard, the digital (numeric) speedometer reads only about 55 m.p.h., yet the L.E.D. bar-graph display above it is lit about 3/4 of the way across from 0 to 100 m.p.h.
At several points the crew and lights are visible reflected in Michael's sunglasses, but most notably and obviously in the final scene.
At one point during the parking lot chase scene KITT's license pale was reversed.
During the knife throwing, the flaps are towards Michael indicating that the knives came from behind the wall and not going into the wall where the flaps would have been to the back.
The thermal laser fires a visible blue beam. Since the thermal laser as described works on heat and not light there should not be a visible beam.
When Michael is being tested with the knives, it is obvious that the knives are being pushed from behind. The cloth around the knife blades pushed out rather then in as would be the case if the knife entered from the front.
During the parking lot chase scene, a covered mass can be seen behind the seat on the right (during the time the image was reversed) presumably a driver operating KITT.
When Michael is pursuing the truck that carried kidnapped Allie & the laser, you can see a camera crew on the right in the main roadway(scaffold knocked down)
When KITT jumps the downed scaffold, the jump ramp is visible.
When Michael lands after jumping over the scaffolding, the camera shadow is visible on his jacket.
