Fran's cover photo of Birock is taken from the front, but she was behind him on the other side of the tractor while shooting.
After KITT has his first test run, they take him back into the shop to continue working on him. At one point, a clear view of his dashboard is shown and it is the old Season 1 & 2 dash, rather than the current Season 3 dash.
During the conclusion of Michael's test run of KITT, he accelerates towards a wall of concrete. The distance between KITT and the wall is inconsistent and increases/decreases between various shots.
After KITT has been rebuilt and they return to the dump site, Birock appears in his massive truck. As he brakes, you can very clearly see the frame "freeze" to make it appear that the truck has stopped abruptly.
Obvious Trans Am model as KITT is sinking into the acid pit.
When K.I.T.T. confronts the worker thugs, saying "Going somewhere fellas?" and starts to chase them, the hooded stunt driver behind the driver's seat can clearly be seen through the rear window.
When K.I.T.T. is driving through the obstacle course, the hooded stunt driver behind the driver's seat can clearly be seen through the rear window.
As KITT pulls up behind the tractor to push it into the pit, there's an extension on the car's nose, presumably reinforcement for the stunt.
The closeup of K.I.T.T.'s nose after completing the obstacle course clearly shows the matt grey has been stuck over the usual finish.
When Devon calls Michael , Michael tells Devon if he'd waited a couple more minutes they could have talked face to face as they're almost at the semi. Yet Michael can clearly see on the screen that Devon is not in the semi but in his office back at the foundation.
When K.I.T.T. has been pulled out of the toxic pit, his frame is grey as if the paint has been stripped from him. It has been established that the material comprising K.I.T.T.'s frame is naturally black and is not painted black.
When K.I.T.T. has been pulled out of the acid pit, the inside is stripped and bare, having ostensibly been dissolved by the acid. Yet wiring and connectors, the ignition key fob and other easily dissolved items remain fully intact.
When K.I.T.T. is examining the dumped chemicals on the road, he says, "The road surface is covered with benzine and PCBs". PCBs are Polychlorinated biphenyls: a highly toxic product whose production was banned by United States federal law in 1978, and by the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants in 2001.
If K.I.T.T. has been completely destroyed he wouldn't have been nervous in the test as Bonnie could have reprogrammed him not to be also he wouldn't have remembered Michael either.
When Michael is test driving KITT and about to Turbo Boost over the barricade, the shadow of the camera is clearly visible on the ground.
When KITT is pulled from the acid pit, Michael and Bonnie shouldn't have been allowed anywhere near him without appropriate protective gear.
After finishing his call with Devon, Michael says to K.I.T.T. "Let's go buddy" and shifts the transmission from D to 1. The car is already moving at speed, so should just be left in D. Dropping to 1 at that speed is a ludicrous thing to do.
One of the guards takes out a cigarette but thinks better of lighting it when he sees that he is standing near flammable materials. He then throws the cigarette upon the ground rather than simply putting it back in it's packet.
