In the opening driving scene, when night falls K.I.T.T. is seen driving with just the pop-up headlamps on, then with pop-ups and the nose grille lights on, and then back to just the pop-up headlamps again. When Michael and K.I.T.T. arrive at their destination, only the front grille lights are on and the pop-up lights are down.
The close-up of Devon's name on Templeton's notepad does not match the version he wrote while on the phone. It is clearly a different note, shot later.
Around the 46 minute mark, gray-haired Devon is drowning inside a locked water tank, wearing a red hood over his head. As Michael and RC3 are about to open the lid, you get a clear view of the stuntman inside the hood with his dark hair, diving regulator, and even some oxygen bubbles exiting the regulator.
When K.I.T.T. moves from the parking lot to attempt to intercept Templeton after he comes down the external stairway, the shroud covering the stunt driver behind the driver's seat is plainly visible through the car's rear window.
After dropping Devon off at the hotel, when K.I.T.T. rushes back around to pick Michael up again and the car door opens, the stunt driver's hand can be seen.
When the hearse crashes and explodes, the slow motion playback shows various production pieces flying out of the trash can. The clapper board and other items are visible.
It is absurd that neither Devon or the other Trustee are even suspected of being behind the murders since they have a very obvious motive.
