Khan is always shown to be the house on the left of the Hills (when facing at the houses from the street). In this episode, however, Khan is on the right. This was likely done so that Hank could make the case that "in America everyone always backs up to the right" and so Khan would have to backup to the left which would only cause an accident if he lived on the right of the Hills.
Kahn is seen returning home from a traffic school class, even after completing what, according to Hank, was supposed to be their last class.
When Bobby is telling Hank about Ice Cream Lovers Traffic School, the brochure he's holding (and appears to be reading) is clearly for a different traffic school.
While speaking to Buddha Sack's supervisor at the driving school, Hank complains that the movies shown in the classes are too tame. He says that when he took driver's ed in high school a movie called "Red Asphalt" was shown to the class and that it "showed a fella's brains gettin' scraped off the highway." However, such a scene is not included in any Red Asphalt film until Red Asphalt III - which was released in 1989. Hank graduated high school in 1974.
