Skitch is shown collecting tolls while sitting outside his toll booth. Toll collectors on that bridge were always inside the toll booth.
The old house that Artie and Skitch used to live in looks like it hasn't been lived in for quite a long time and inside it looks like it's falling apart. However, the swing set that has been outside all that time looks like it's in perfect shape.
