I disagree with the previous review of this episode, I thought it was a good one that moves the show gently towards the dramatic finale.

Madchen Amick is great as Joey's new neighbour, who is more than a match for the lovable actor's charms. It was also nice to see Joey falling for someone, though as I've mentioned in other reviews, he did seem to fall a lot across the two years of the show.

Alex's marriage starting to fall apart was perhaps inevitable as the writers looked to give the character more stories. The scenes focusing on this were well played by Andrea Anders.

I liked this episode.

Joey and the Neighbor (#1.20)

Warning: Spoilers
They have a beautiful neighbor now, Sara, who is a photographer and has many hot girls coming to her for pictures. Joey asks her out and likes her a lot, she wants him be himself and not lie to her. and he lies when he pretends some girl who is his date is there for Michael. But she tells him it doesn't matter to her and goes out with a guy and that bothers Joey. And Alex will get separated from her husband.

I must say the episode is a bit boring. Sara is a great character, almost too perfect as a human being which can make one tired and actually cuts down on jokes in the episode.

I guess it is good that Alex is separating, was weird they made her a married woman but never had her husband around.
