Everything in this episode is a factual mistake:
1. Neither Lewis nor Clark was old enough to have fought in the American Revolution.
2. Croque tells them they are not in Kansas anymore. At this time Kansas was not a state.
3. In 1801 Lewis and Clark had never met, despite both being in the US military.
4. Both were under 30 when commissioned by Jefferson to explore the newly acquired Louisiana Purchase, despite being shown as old men here.
If those are lead musket balls the French firing squad is using (which they most likely are), they wouldn't be affected by the electrical field Jack is generating.
