an unrealistic episode

J.a.g. officers are not line officers and would not be engaged in fighting with weapons like regular military line personnel. this episode also has them doing intelligence gathering and advising senior command of enemy capabilities... if it wasn't so pathetic, i'd be laughing ... then ltcmdr rabb is chosen to fly an f-14 mission off a carrier to shoot down a cruise missile launched by a diesel submarine .... its hilarious ... the writers are really desperate

JAG writers have sucked every bit of blood from Top Gun and Flight of the Intruder so why not Hunt for Red October? A shameless rip off.
