Bud Roberts' eyes are open/closed/open between shots while he is being resuscitated.
As they wait outside the sickbay, Harm's cover moves around randomly. On one occasion, it can be clearly seen on top of the drink machines but when the scene cuts back to the drink machines, his cover is gone.
While surgeons are amputating his leg, Lt. Roberts goes into cardiac arrest. The doctors immediately try to shock him to restart his heart, but looking at the monitor, he was in asystole, or flat lined. You can't shock someone who has no electrical activity in the heart.

When the helicopter is landing on the "Guadalcanal", it is a stock video of a help landing on a cruiser or destroyer and not on the large deck amphibious ship.
