The raiding party (including Harm) are all wearing black gloves. Yet the hands hauling back on the control yoke of the DC3 are clean and white (no gloves, no camouflage paste)
Lt. Austin says that the Army Ranger special ops team left in two Blackhawks, referring to the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk. But the helicopters General Behnke and the other Rangers are shown riding in are not Blackhawks, they are Bell UH-1 Iroquois, more commonly known as a "Huey".
The flashlight Harm uses to look at the control panel of the R4D is wrong. He is using a white light. All night operations would be using a red lens to reduce the chance of being seen. Virtually all military flashlights come with different colored lenses in the base of the flashlight.
Lt. Kellogue tells Adm. Chegwidden that he cannot discuss the details of the mission because he was ordered not to do so by Gen. Behnke. However as a Rear Admiral, Upper Half (two-star flag officer), Chegwidden outranks Behnke, who is a Brigadier General (one-star flag officer) and can therefore override Behnke's authority and order Kellouge to give the mission details.
While Harm and Meg wear khaki working uniforms at Roosevelt Roads, their collar devices (rank and corps devices) fail to comply with the uniform regulations; they're too far down in the tips of their collars.
Towards the end of the episode, as the drug plane is taking off, the video is showing Harm pulling back on the controls. In the video, you see a Navy service dress uniform, and not the uniform that he is actually wearing.
In a cutaway, they show the aircraft the team are flying on which is a C130 Hercules (propeller) but the sound effect is a jet engine.
