Days before the Senate confirmation hearing for Boone's promotion to vice admiral, the office of the SecNav receives an anonymous hotline tip alleging that Boone has taken part in a massacre of civilians in South Vietnam. Mac and Harm investigate, and Clayton Webb reluctantly lends a hand, even discussing a part of the background of his own father at the CIA. Meanwhile RAdm. Chegwidden continues to have problems while trying to reclaim his impounded car, and Bud returns to work after the tragic turn of events in his family.
